In 1990 Silent Witness began promoting and educating to support an end to domestic violence and now in 2013 we are pleased to report that domestic homicide rates are dropping significantly. Our message is one of hope, help and healing for the victims and violators (perpetrators) of domestic violence. In this site you will find out more about Silent Witness's efforts to end the silence about domestic violence and bring successful programs to every state.
